Error Code C-d1
Door locking error — door lock motor or switch malfunction during self-clean locking sequence
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
What This Means
Harness not connected with door lock switch and motor; Door lock motor coil resistance out of range; Door lock motor not receiving 120V AC; Door locking switch failure; Wire harness not connected to CN300 of main PCB
How to Fix
- 1
Disconnect power. Remove harness connected with lock motor.
- 2
Check micom switch (COM-NO). Measure resistance of lock motor coil: normal is 1750-1850 ohms at room temperature.
- 3
If motor coil resistance is abnormal: replace micro switch or lock motor.
- 4
If motor resistance is OK, check oven sensor.
- 5
Check if 120V AC is supplied to the motor and it is working.
- 6
If 120V not present, check wire harness connection to CN300 of main PCB.
- 7
Measure resistance at CN300 of main PCB (COM-NO: infinite ohms at room temperature). COM wire = white, NO wire = white.
- 8
If CN300 resistance is abnormal: replace main PCB or solder if pattern is damaged.
- 9
Check whether door locking switch is working normally. Normal voltage = AC 120V.
