Feedback signal wire is defective; Fan motor wire slipped out or disconnected; Fan motor is defective; Relay malfunction
What actually causes this:
Fan motor wire came loose, ice blocked the fan, or motor burned out.
First Thing to Check
Listen for fan noise and check for ice blocking the fan blades.
