What This Means
Short circuit between compressor U/V/W windings at CN04; Short circuit between IPM pins #1-26; IPM operation voltage dropped below DC13.5V; Compressor or refrigerant cycle issue
What actually causes this:
Compressor burned out, wiring is shorted, or control board failed.
First Thing to Check
Check that there is power reaching the compressor.
