Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
1. Enter self-diagnostic mode via Engineer Mode (select '3')
- 2
2. Measure voltage at MAIN PCB CN51 pin 23 to pin 25 — should be DC 7V to 12V
- 3
3. Check pulse signal at CN51-21(BLU) — should alternate DC 7-12V with below DC 2V
- 4
4. Check if external temperature is above 66.2F (19C) — C-Fan may not run below this temperature
- 5
5. If voltage is present but fan does not spin, replace fan motor
- 6
6. If fan motor is normal, replace MAIN PCB
