What This Means
Water tank heater element open or shorted; Bad wiring connection at CN30 connector; MAIN PCB defect
What actually causes this:
The water tank heater burned out, which can cause the water dispenser to stop working in cold conditions

Check if the water dispenser has stopped working or is dispensing very slowly

How to Fix

1. Enter self-diagnostic mode to confirm error code 34
- 2
2. Disconnect MAIN PCB CN30 wire from PCB
- 3
3. Measure resistance between CN30 pin 6(PNK) and pin 8(BRN) — normal: 63 ohm +/-7%
- 4
4. If 0 ohm: heater is shorted. If infinite ohm: wire or heater is open
- 5
5. Check MICOM pin 40 voltage: 3.5V-4.8V at initial power/heater off, 0V when heater working
- 6
6. If heater circuit is normal, replace MAIN PCB
