What actually causes this:
Fan motor burned out or fan connector came loose

Listen for fan noise from ice maker area when unit runs — if no sound, call technician

How to Fix

1. Check voltage of Main PCB CN52 pins 1 and 6 — should be between 7V and 12V

2. Reconnect fan motor connector if loose

3. Check wiring harness for visible damage or moisture
- 4
4. Spin fan blade by hand to check for mechanical resistance
- 5
5. If voltage is correct and fan won't spin, replace fan motor
