Look for loose cables behind refrigerator door — if all cables are connected, call technician

1. Inspect communication cable connection between Main and Panel PCB

2. Reconnect cable firmly if loose

3. Check cable for visible damage, pinching, or moisture

4. Use oscilloscope to verify data signals on communication cable

5. Check SMPS (power supply) voltage output to Main PCB — should be within normal range
- 6
6. If communication signals are present but error persists, replace Panel PCB
- 7
7. If no signals, replace Main PCB
