Check if ice is frozen in the dispensing chute blocking ice flow

How to Fix

1. Power off refrigerator and wait 5 minutes

2. Separate Main PCB CN51 connector from PCB
- 3
3. Measure resistance between CN51 pins 4 and 6 — should be 135 ohms ± 7%
- 4
4. If 0 ohms: heater is shorted
- 5
5. If infinite ohms: heater is open — needs replacement
- 6
6. If resistance is normal, check connector pins for corrosion
