Check if frost or ice is forming on door handle

How to Fix

  1. 1

    1. Power off refrigerator and wait 5 minutes

  2. 2

    2. Separate Main PCB CN51 connector from PCB

  3. 3

    3. Measure resistance between CN51 pins 1 and 2 — should be 135 ohms ± 7%

  4. 4

    4. If 0 ohms: heater is shorted

  5. 5

    5. If infinite ohms: heater is open — needs replacement

  6. 6

    6. If resistance is normal, check connector pins for corrosion
