What actually causes this:
The temperature sensor wire is disconnected or the sensor failed

Check if the freezer is cooling at all — if not, the sensor may be the issue

1. Check voltage between Main PCB CN30 pins 1 and 3 should be within 4.5V to 1.0V range

2. Reconnect sensor if loose

3. Test thermistor resistance at reference temperatures
