What actually causes this:

The ambient sensor wire is loose or the sensor failed

Check if cooling performance changes with room temperature — if not responsive, sensor may be bad

    1. Check voltage between Main PCB CN30 pins 1 and 2 should be within 4.5V to 1.0V range
