What actually causes this:
The freezer fan motor power wire came loose, or the motor burned out

Check the freezer compartment fan — does it spin when you turn the refrigerator off and on again

How to Fix

1. Check MAIN PCB CN76-3 (Yellow) to CN76-1 (Gray) voltage — normal range: 7V to 12V

2. Reconnect fan motor connector if loose

3. Check fan motor resistance and continuity

4. Verify inverter PCB output voltage

5. Replace fan motor if defective
