What This Means
Loose connector at CN30-4 or CN76-1; Damaged thermistor sensor; PCB solder joint failure; Broken wire in sensor circuit
What actually causes this:
Temperature sensor wire has come loose from connector or sensor has burned out from electrical stress
First Thing to Check
Open the refrigerator and visually inspect the connector where the freezer temperature sensor plugs into the main board

Expected voltage range: 4.5V to 1.0V
