What This Means
BLDC fan motor failed; Fan motor wire separated or connector loose; Feedback signal contact error
What actually causes this:
Fan motor bearing failed or wire connector to the motor is loose.
First Thing to Check
Remove the fridge evaporator cover and listen for the fan running; check that the motor connector is fully seated.

Check voltage of MAIN PCB CN75 pin 1 to pin 3 — should be 7V to 12V

Check door switch state (open door inhibits fan)
