What This Means

What actually causes this:
The fan motor that circulates cold air in the freezer has seized, a wire has come loose, or there is ice buildup blocking the blades.
First Thing to Check
Open the freezer and listen for the fan. If you can reach the fan housing, check for ice or debris blocking the blades.

Measure voltage between Main PCB CN20 16PIN and 18PIN — should be DC 7V to 12V

Check pulse signal at CN20 14PIN when motor should be spinning
