What This Means

What actually causes this:
The fan that cools the compressor and condenser at the back bottom of the fridge has failed or has something blocking it.
First Thing to Check
Pull the refrigerator from the wall and check the machine compartment for debris blocking the fan.

Measure voltage between Main PCB CN20 22PIN and 24PIN — should be DC 7V to 12V

Check pulse signal at CN20 20PIN when motor should be spinning

Run Forced Operation test mode (FF mode) to confirm fan behavior

Replace condenser fan motor if voltage is present but fan does not spin
