What This Means
Sensor housing connector CN40 disconnected or loose; External temperature sensor faulty; Wiring open or short circuit
What actually causes this:
The small sensor that monitors room temperature has a loose connector or has failed.
First Thing to Check
Locate the CN40 connector on the Main PCB and make sure it is firmly seated.

Check that Main PCB connector CN40 is fully inserted

Measure voltage between CN40 18PIN and 20PIN — should be 4.5V to 1.0V

If voltage is out of range, replace the external temperature sensor
