What actually causes this:

Fan motor bearing fails or speed sensor wire becomes disconnected

First Thing to Check

Check CN75 connector and power to refrigerator fan

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Check voltage between MAIN PCB CN75 #1(GRAY) and #3(ORANGE)

  2. 2

    Voltage should be 7V to 12V range
