What actually causes this:

The temperature sensor in the freezer is not reading properly, usually due to a loose connection or failed sensor component

First Thing to Check

Verify the connector at CN20 pins 1-3 is fully seated and clean

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Measure voltage between Main PCB CN20 1PIN and 3PIN

  2. 2

    Voltage should read between 4.5V and 1.0V
