What This Means

What actually causes this:
The sensor that detects when the freezer is done defrosting is disconnected or failed
First Thing to Check
Check if the connector is seated properly at CN20 pins 5-7

Measure voltage between Main PCB CN20 5PIN and 7PIN

Voltage should read between 4.5V and 1.0V

Check resistance using F/R/F-DEF temperature table
