The fridge fan quit working or its feedback wire got disconnected.
First Thing to Check
Listen for the fridge fan when the door is closed and compressor is running.

Measure voltage between MAIN PCB CN75 #1 (GRAY) and #3 (ORANGE)

Voltage should be 7V-12V

Check for FG signal (pulse feedback) on CN75 #7

Check fan motor mechanical resistance
