What actually causes this:
The condenser fan (usually at the back) stopped spinning or lost its feedback connection.
First Thing to Check
Check the back of the refrigerator to see if the condenser fan spins when unit is on.

Measure voltage between MAIN PCB CN75 #1 (GRAY) and #2 (SKY BLUE)

Voltage should be 7V-12V

Check for FG signal (pulse feedback) on CN75 #8
