What actually causes this:
The fridge defrost heater or its linked drain heater is not working, causing the fridge evaporator coil to ice over.
First Thing to Check
Run forced defrost (Rd mode) and check if the fridge warms slightly over 10–15 minutes — if not, the heater circuit is likely open.
