What This Means
IPM internal fault; Compressor wiring short (U/V/W); PCB bottom side soldering defect
What actually causes this:
The power module inside the inverter board that controls the compressor motor has tripped or failed.
First Thing to Check
Inspect the inverter board's bottom side for any visible solder bridges near the IPM chip.
