What This Means
Defective R-Fan BLDC motor; Contact error at refrigerator fan motor connector; Defective motor wire or slipped wire; Fan blade blocked or seized
What actually causes this:
R-Fan motor failure, blocked blade, or loose connector

Measure DC voltage at CN710 #10 and #11 during forced operation

Measure voltage between MAIN PCB CN710 pin 10 and pin 11 for standard models - should be DC 7 to 12V

For RT16A rotary model: measure CN710 #10 and #9

If approximately DC 2V is read, fan is not rotating

Check motor wire connections and connector seating
