What actually causes this:
The clutch mechanism that switches between washing and spinning has failed
First Thing to Check
Unplug the washer, wait 60 seconds, and plug it back in — if the error returns, it needs service

2. Check the voltage when the power is on at the clutch connector (Cn1 pin 5 — Clutch)

3. If clutch position cannot be detected, replace the clutch assembly
