What actually causes this:

The temperature sensor wire came loose or the sensor itself went bad

Unplug the washer, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in — if the error returns, it needs service

    2. Check the thermistor resistance — resistance at 20 to 30 degrees C: 66.187 to 36.941 kilohms
