What This Means

What actually causes this:
Usually the water supply faucets behind the washer are turned off or the inlet filter screens are clogged with sediment.
First Thing to Check
Make sure both water faucets behind the washer are fully turned on.

1. Measure the resistance of the water supply valve: should be 0.9K ohms to 1.1K ohms between terminals

2. Check whether there is foreign material in the water supply valve filter

3. Check if water supply is blocked due to frozen water

4. If the PBA Relay malfunctions, replace the PBA
- 5
5. If the water supply valve is broken, replace the valve
