What actually causes this:
Usually the lid is not fully closed, or a piece of clothing is caught preventing the lid from latching.
First Thing to Check
Open and firmly close the lid, making sure no clothing or items are caught in the edges.

1. Check the resistance for Reed SW (White-Green Wire): should be approximately 0.2 ohms between terminals

2. Check the resistance for Motor (Black-Brown Wire): should be 33 to 46 ohms between terminals

3. Since 120V power is connected, check if the power cord is disconnected or check insulation status
- 4
4. If the main PBA door detection circuit is defective, replace it
- 5
5. Ensure door is closed all the way with no laundry caught in the door
