Using an extension cord or having voltage problems in the home's electrical system.

Make sure the washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not an extension cord or power strip.

1. Check the consumer's power conditions — verify operating voltage

2. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during Boil or Dry operations and observe

3. Check whether a plug receptacle is used — extension cord (1m wire) can cause momentary voltage drop up to 10V

4. Main PBA fault possible — replace if voltage is confirmed normal
