How to Fix

  1. 1

    1. Check the motor connector terminal connections and contacts

  2. 2

    2. Plug out the connector and read resistances at any two of the three terminals on the Motor coil. Should be 19.3 Ohm at 25°C

  3. 3

    3. If the hall sensor terminal is faulty, replace the hall sensor

  4. 4

    4. Check whether the motor cover is damaged due to foreign material

  5. 5

    5. Check the resistance on the Hall Sensor (Between pins 2 and 3, 3 and 4, and 4 of the four pins). Hall IC connector: 1-V5, 2-Hall-A, 3-Hall-B, 4-GND, 5-Clutch. Resistance: Approx 2 to 4 M Ohm

  6. 6

    6. Check the voltage when the power is on

  7. 7

    7. If the PBA control circuit is faulty, replace the PBA
