What This Means
Water supply valve fault (clogged or disconnected wire); Main PCB fault; No water being supplied due to closed faucet; Foreign material in the water supply valve filter; Freezing in the winter season
What actually causes this:
The water faucets behind the washer are turned off, or the inlet filter screens are clogged with sediment

Make sure both hot and cold water faucets behind the washer are fully open

How to Fix

1. Check the resistance for the water supply valve. Resistance: 0.9K to 1.1K Ohm between the terminals of the Water Supply Valve

2. Check whether the water supply valve is clogged with foreign material and whether water is supplied continuously
- 3
3. Check whether there is no water supply because of freezing in the winter season
- 4
4. If the PBA relay operates abnormally, replace the PBA
- 5
5. In winter, check the method to remove the freezing and remove as directed
