What This Means
Foreign materials blocking the drain pump; Drain pump motor fault; Drain pump wire connector or physical connection is poor; Main PCB fault; Freezing in the winter season
What actually causes this:
Something like a coin, hair tie, or small clothing item is clogging the drain pump
First Thing to Check
Check the drain hose at the back of the washer for kinks or clogs

How to Fix

1. Check whether the drain pump revolutions are restrained by foreign material and remove as directed

2. Check the drain pump resistance (Resistance: 13.5~16.5 Ohm)

3. Check the wire connections and terminal contacts on the drain pump and Main PCB
- 4
4. If the connector or wire may have poor physical connection, check connectors on Main PCB and ASSY Pump Drain
- 5
5. Check the drain pump motor operation; if it does not operate normally, replace it
- 6
6. If error persists after above actions, replace the Main PBA
