What This Means
Door not fully closed or latched; Door lock switch fault; Main PCB fault
What actually causes this:
The lid wasn't pushed down firmly enough, or a piece of clothing is caught in the opening
First Thing to Check
Push the lid down firmly until you hear it click — check that nothing is caught between the lid and the tub

1. Go to Quick Test Mode and perform Door Lock/Unlock Test

2. Check door switch connections and terminal contacts

3. Verify door lock switch operation — switch should show continuity when door is closed

4. If door switch tests normal, replace Main PBA
