What This Means

Water level sensor fault (torn hose or hole); Freezing in the winter season; Water supply valve stuck open

What actually causes this:

A water inlet valve is stuck open, letting water continuously flow into the washer

Turn off both water faucets behind the washer immediately to stop water flow

How to Fix

    1. First check to see that all water valves are not stuck open

  2. 2

    2. If water valves are OK, check water level sensor operation

  3. 3

    3. Check the hose — this error occurs if it is torn or has a hole

    4. If the water level sensor has a functional error, replace it

  5. 5

    5. In winter, check if water is frozen in the season — use a hair dryer to defrost the hose and consider relocating the unit to a warmer location
