Moderate

Address soon - your appliance may not work properly

Also displayed as: 9C1

What This Means

Consumer's power conditions are unstable; Under voltage being supplied; Plug receptacle causing voltage drop; Connecting wire longer than 1m causing momentary low voltage drop up to 10V; Main PBA fault (sometimes)

What actually causes this:

The washer is plugged into a circuit shared with other high-power appliances, causing a voltage drop

First Thing to Check

Make sure the washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet — not an extension cord or power strip

Parts Involved

Main PBAPower Cord

How to Fix

  1. 1

    1. Check the consumer's power conditions — make sure to check the operating voltage

  2. 2

    2. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during the Boil or Dry operations and observe the washing machine's operation carefully

  3. 3

    3. Check the voltages for under or over voltage conditions

  4. 4

    4. Check whether a plug receptacle is used — when the connecting wire is 1m, a momentary low voltage may drop up to 10V

  5. 5

    5. If power is stable, check Main PBA
