What This Means
Pump motor impeller damaged internally; Wrong voltage supplied to parts; Part fault; Freezing in winter season; Drain hose clogged (injection check, foreign material); Clogged with foreign material; Water pump terminal not connected; Foreign objects collected inside drain pump assembly (rubber bands, bills, cotton, hair pins, coins)
What actually causes this:
Small items like coins, hair pins, or sock fragments get past the drum and clog the drain pump filter.
First Thing to Check
Check that the drain hose at the back of the washer is not kinked, pinched, or frozen.

3. Check if there are any incorrect connections or broken wires

4. If the machine malfunctions intermittently when wash tub water temperature is high, replace the pump

5. If the motor stops due to water being frozen in winter, remove frozen water per repair procedures

6. Check drain pump resistance: 2.465–2.836 ohm
