What This Means
Drain pump motor impeller is damaged internally; Wrong voltage supplied to the parts; Drain pump part fault; Freezing in the winter season; Drain hose is clogged (injection error, foreign material); Clogged with foreign material; Water pump terminal is not connected; Foreign material collected inside drain pump ASSY (rubber bands, bills, cotton, hair pins, coins)
What actually causes this:
Something like a coin, hair pin, or small clothing item is stuck in the drain pump filter
First Thing to Check
Open the small door at the bottom front of the washer, pull out the drain hose to empty remaining water into a bowl, then unscrew the drain filter and check for anything stuck inside

1. Check if drain pump revolutions are restrained due to freezing — in winter, use a hair dryer to defrost and remove the freezing as directed

2. Check the drain pump resistance — Drain: 13.5-16.5 Ohm; Bubble: 18.75-22.75 Ohm

3. Check whether foreign material (coins, underwire, etc.) is blocking the drain pump impeller

4. Check wire connectors on Main PCB and Drain Pump ASSY for poor physical connection

5. Check the drain pump resistance — if the connector or wire may have poor physical connection, reconnect

6. Check wire terminal connections and contacts
