How to Fix

  1. 1

    1. Check if drain pump revolutions are restrained due to freezing — in winter, use a hair dryer to defrost and remove the freezing as directed

  2. 2

    2. Check the drain pump resistance — Drain: 13.5-16.5 Ohm; Bubble: 18.75-22.75 Ohm

  3. 3

    3. Check whether foreign material (coins, underwire, etc.) is blocking the drain pump impeller

  4. 4

    4. Check wire connectors on Main PCB and Drain Pump ASSY for poor physical connection

  5. 5

    5. Check the drain pump resistance — if the connector or wire may have poor physical connection, reconnect

  6. 6

    6. Check wire terminal connections and contacts
