What actually causes this:

How to Fix

  1. 1

    1. Check the motor winding coil — plug out the connector and read the resistance between any two of the three motor terminals. Should be 6.0 Ohm at 25°C

  2. 2

    2. Check the motor connector terminals on motor for contacts and connections

  3. 3

    3. Check if the hall sensor terminal is faulty — if so, replace the washing motor/hall sensor

  4. 4

    4. Check whether the stator of the motor cover is damaged

  5. 5

    5. Check the resistance on the main PCB connector — Approx. 2 to 4 MOhm

  6. 6

    6. Check the voltage when the power is on

  7. 7

    7. If the PBA control circuit is faulty, replace the PBA
