What This Means
Cold and warm water supply hoses are wrongly connected to each other; Water temperature sensed as higher than 50 degrees C in the Wool or Lingerie courses
What actually causes this:
The hot and cold water hoses behind the washer are probably connected to the wrong faucets, so hot water goes where cold water should.
First Thing to Check
Check the hoses behind the washer — make sure the hot hose goes to the hot faucet and the cold hose goes to the cold faucet.
