What This Means
Signals between the sub and main PBAs not sensed due to communication error; Incorrect or loose connector connections between sub and main PBAs; Faulty soldering on the sub PBA control panel
What actually causes this:
A wire connection between the control panel and the main board inside the washer came loose, possibly from vibration over time.
First Thing to Check
Unplug the washer for 2 minutes, then plug it back in and try again — sometimes a power reset clears the communication glitch.
