What This Means
Door switch contact error from deformation of the door hook; Door pulled open by force during a cycle; Door pushed open during Boil wash due to pressure difference from internal temperature changes; Door lock switch terminal connected incorrectly; Door lock switch terminal is broken; Intermittent electric wire leakage; Main PCB fault
What actually causes this:
The door is not fully latched, or something is preventing it from closing completely — like a piece of clothing caught in the seal.
First Thing to Check
Open the door, check that no clothing is caught in the rubber gasket around the opening, then close the door firmly until you hear it click.

1. If a DC error occurs, check whether it occurs during the Boil cycle

2. If the door is detected as open, close the door firmly

3. Check and repair the power wire connections and insulation state

4. Check the door switch — the resistance of pins 1 and 3 must be approximately 175 ohm

5. Replace the door switch if faulty

6. Check the main PBA door sensing circuit and replace if faulty
