What This Means
Too much detergent used; Wrong type of detergent (non-HE detergent used in HE machine); Excessive foaming detected during wash cycle
What actually causes this:
Too much detergent was added, or regular detergent was used instead of the HE (High Efficiency) type required for front-load washers.
First Thing to Check
Just wait — the washer will remove the extra suds on its own and then continue the cycle.
