What This Means
A switch is jammed or stuck due to being pressed unevenly from deformation of the control panel or button; Screws holding the sub PBA are tightened too much; A button other than the Power button is continually pressed for more than 30 seconds; Deformation of an internal plastic injection part; A screw for assembling the sub PBA is tightened too much
What actually causes this:
A button got stuck from something pressing against it, or moisture got under the control panel.

Press each button on the control panel to check if any feel stuck or do not click normally.
