Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
1. Check the motor connector terminal connections and contacts
- 2
2. Verify overloading is not the cause — 3E displays when too much laundry causes overload
- 3
3. Check whether the stator or motor cover is damaged
- 4
4. Check for coil disconnections due to foreign material
- 5
5. Unplug the motor connector and measure resistance at any two of the three motor terminals — should be 6.0 ohms at 25°C
- 6
6. Check if the motor winding coil resistance between Blue-White, White-Red, and Red-Blue is equal to 15 ohms
- 7
7. If the PBA control circuit is faulty, replace the PBA
