What This Means
Under voltage power supply to the washer; Long connecting wire causing voltage drop (1m wire can drop up to 10V momentarily); Main PBA fault (sometimes)
What actually causes this:
The wall outlet voltage is too low, often from a long extension cord or overloaded circuit
First Thing to Check
Make sure the washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not an extension cord

1. Check the consumer's power conditions and verify operating voltage

2. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during the Sanitize Cycle and observe operation

3. Check the voltage at the outlet — verify it meets 120V requirement

4. Check for voltage drop caused by long extension cords or wire runs
- 5
5. If power is verified normal, replace Main PBA
