What This Means
Communication error between sub PBA and main PBA; Incorrect or loose connector connections between sub and main PBAs; Faulty soldering on sub PBA control panel
What actually causes this:
A wire connection came loose between the control panel and the main circuit board

Unplug the washer for 60 seconds and plug it back in to reset the electronics

3. Check whether the sub PBA is short-circuited because of moisture

5. If the main PBA communication circuit is faulty, replace it
