What This Means
Add door is opened; Main PCB fault; Bending connector; Main PBA door detection circuit fault or connector combination issue; Lock module movement not operating normally
What actually causes this:
The AddWash mini door on the front of the washer wasn't closed all the way
First Thing to Check
Press the AddWash door firmly until it clicks shut

1. Close the add door

2. Check the add door switch, barrier, and lock module movement
- 3
3. Check the OPEN DOOR detection switch and barrier lock pillars coming down while pressing in operation

4. Check the door lock motor resistance — Pin 1-2 should be 46.57 +/- 15 Ohm
- 5
5. Check lock stroke normal detection on protrusion status (Pin 3-4 / 3-5 check resistance value displayed normally)

6. Check Main PBA door detection circuit and connector combination
- 7
7. Replace or repair if faulty
