What This Means
Drain pump motor impeller is damaged internally; Wrong voltage supplied to the parts; Part fault in drain pump; Freezing in the winter season; Drain hose is clogged (injection error, foreign material); Foreign material collected inside the drain pump assembly (rubber bands, bills, cotton, hair pins, coins); Water pump terminal is not connected; Poor physical connection on wire or connector; Main PBA fault
What actually causes this:
Something like a coin, hair pin, or sock got into the drain pump and is blocking it
First Thing to Check
Check the drain pump filter (small door at the front bottom of the washer) and remove any objects you find

1. Check drain pump resistance — Upper washer drain: 13–16.5 ohms; Bubble drain: 40–50 ohms

2. Check drain pump resistance — Lower washer drain: 13–16.5 ohms; Bubble drain: 40–50 ohms

3. Check if drain pump revolutions are restrained due to freezing in the winter season — remove the freezing as directed

4. Check whether the revolutions of the drain pump motor are restrained by foreign material — remove foreign material as directed

5. Check the wire connections on Main PCB and Drain Pump ASSY

6. If drain pump tests normal, replace Main PBA
